Our workshops are staffed by manufacturer-trained technicians who can diagnose and repair faults on virtually any electric scooter or e-bike on the market. We use only genuine OEM parts and premium aftermarket alternatives where specified.

Repair Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. All repairs carried out by SpeedMaster technicians come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within 90 days of your repair, we'll fix it at no additional charge.

This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law. It applies to the specific repair work carried out and does not cover unrelated faults, accidental damage, or misuse.

Repair FAQs

Most standard repairs — brake services, tyre replacements, and diagnostics — are completed same day or next day. More complex work such as motor or battery replacements typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on parts availability. We'll always give you an accurate estimate when you drop your vehicle in.
Booking in advance is recommended, especially for complex repairs. However, we do accept walk-ins for minor work such as tyre inflation, quick diagnostics, and accessory fitting. Call your nearest store to check availability.
Absolutely. We repair all makes and models regardless of where they were purchased. Our technicians are trained on a wide variety of brands and we stock an extensive range of parts for all major manufacturers.
In the rare event that a repair is not possible — for example if a vehicle has been irreparably damaged or is beyond economical repair — we will advise you honestly and can offer a trade-in or part-exchange credit towards a new model. The diagnostic fee will still apply.
